Son loves this but it is completely unstable. Won't load, gives message that files need to be loaded then closes. Therefore it's unusable. Please help with this. It would mean a lot to my son.

Paid for and downloaded the app, but it just keeps giving us a message that it needs to download files and crashes when we click okay.

Jax Melfort

Doesn't work. Wants to download files but just glitches and never opens.

I have sent 2 emails regarding the inability of this app to download. Whenever I press open, it asks to download a few files and then closes immediately. I have had no response. I will ask for a refund and hope that works. Will update.

Sharon Smith

I would not recommend this app to anyone due to it prompting you to allow it to download files or exit, and then crashing and exiting. I would give this zero stars if I could. I already reported this and hope that this "glitch" is fixed asap!

I originally gave this a 1 star as the app was not usable. The email I sent ended up in their junk mail, but they were prompt after my review. The app still would not work from the Play store, but they sent me the APK file and it works fine. If I could take a half star off for the complication I would, but a full star didn't seem appropriate. Their customer service was very good and I feel that the problem was handled well.

Does not work from day 1 gives error that with something to the likes of unrecoverable error has occurred and try to reinstall and if problem persite see the web page wonderfullstorybooks/support.php. Witch is actually support.html these guys clearly don't test there product. I wrote them and they did send me back a reply that there sorry IT didn't work for me and asked if I could give them a screenshot of the error and the operating system I using. The version of the operating system I using Wich I did on may 10 according to my email and as of now may 20 I got no reply. I am greatly annoyed that they asked you for a screenshot and most place don't tell you how to do this. After about a hour and a half google searching and playing i think I figured it out and figure I let people know your have to MAKE SURE THE VOLUME DIALOG IS SHOWING before holding the volume down button pluss power button. Most site tell you have do this simataniusly but fall to mention this important step. I had it reboot and everything else without doing it. THERE SUPPORT PAGE SHOULD TELL YOU HOW TO DO THIS IF THEY WANT A SCREENSHOT. ONE LAST THING if it you git this error don't reinstall it . Google play said it gave me my money back when I uninstalled it but it only works the first time. I really was looking forward to reading this book in Spanish since I was trying to learn it and it look to be a cool tool but instead just a annoying icon as a reminder of what does not work I leave around in case they every fix it.

The sound works great until the narrator starts talking then it gets all fuzzy and very difficult to hear. Everything else works great.
